The School of Health & Human Services is looking for someone with the drive and determination to coordinate the successful delivery of our Comprehensive Health Care Aide (CHCA) program at various locations throughout Southwestern Manitoba.
With your years of diverse experience in the nursing profession, you will be passionate about health care education; ready to ensure student success and engagement in the CHCA program. Coordination responsibilities include providing leadership on program delivery, curriculum content, practicum coordination, student policies and enrolment. You will liaise with industry, indigenous community representatives and funding agencies.
You are independent and self-motivated. Your energetic attitude and collaborative spirit will build the groundwork for successful CHCA programing. In addition, you possess the experience, drive, and determination to further our relations with industry partners.
To deliver quality results, you must have current experience within the health industry, hold a valid active nursing licence, and be able to establish collaborative relationships. You have strong interpersonal communication, public relation and written communication skills, value being part of a dynamic team and will be an ambassador for the college. Successful student recruitment and selection for health programs will be part of the measured results while ensuring all requirements of course development and timetabling throughout the province are met.
